Hey loves! My name is Ashley. I'm just a small town girl from WV who has a passion for makeup. You can find me on TikTok (@paynefulbeauty) where I post various makeup tutorials, makeup looks and basically everything beauty related.
I am married to the love of my life, whom I have been with for almost half my life. Together we have three amazing children who are my whole world.
When I was a young child, my mom always said that I was the biggest "tom boy" that there was, but I could apply lipstick like a pro. By my preteen years you could say I grew out of my "tom boy" phase and grew to love makeup in ways I didn't think you could. I can remember playing in my Grandma's makeup and the pure joy that I experienced. Although my foundation was at least three shades too dark, eyeshadow unblended and my nonexistent eyebrows, I felt like the most beautiful girl in the world. Since then I'd like to think that I have grown in my skill of makeup application.
Makeup for me isn't about hiding, but more like finding the best parts of myself. It's about freedom of expression through my art and creativity. Being someone who struggles from time to time with my mental health, makeup has been an outlet to keep my mind busy.
I am so truly grateful and thankful to be able to collaborate and be a part of such a beautiful and genuine brand as Maddlove Cosmetics. It's honestly a dream come true.
